The French Oscar committee selected Two of Us, a film by Filippo Meneghetti to represent France for the Best International Film category of the 2021 Oscars.

The film stars Martine Chevallier (Madeleine) and Barbara Sukowa (Nina) as a couple, secretly in love for decades and facing up to the challenge of coming out to their families after an unexpected event. Chevallier’s daughter is played by the French actress Léa Drucker.
Two of Us premiered at TIFF in 2019.
Two of Us will be released in the US by Magnolia Pictures
The feature has been selected by NEW DIRECTORS NEW FILMS, moved from April 2020 to December 2020 and will be screened during the digital edition of the festival.
Magnolia Pictures will release TWO OF US on February 5th, 2021 on the US territory in theaters and on all available platforms.
