Four films in Selection at IDFA 2022

We are excited to announce that four of our films are selected at the 2022 International Documentary Filmfestival Amsterdam in November!

PARADISE by Alexander Abaturov selected in International Competition

PARADISE by Alexander Abaturov will have its World Premiere at IDFA in International Competition. The documentary tells us of the giant fires ravaging northeastern Siberia in the Summer 2021 and the daily struggles of the inhabitants left by the government to fend for themselves against The Dragon.

THE LOST SOULS OF SYRIA by Stéphane Malterre & Garance Le Caisne selected in the Frontlight Section

THE LOST SOULS OF SYRIA by Stéphane Malterre & Garance Le Caisne talks about the years of investigations about the Syrian regime’s secret archives and the trial that it led to. It will have its World Premiere at the Festival in the Frontlight section.

POLARIS by Ainara Vera and WE, STUDENTS! by Rafiki Fariala selected in the Best of Fests Section

POLARIS by Ainara Vera and WE, STUDENTS! by Rafiki Fariala will be screened in the Best of Fests Section of IDFA to highlight the best documentaries of the year. POLARIS had premiered in May at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival in L’ACID Program and WE, STUDENTS! was the first film from the Central African Republic to ever be selected at the 2022 Berlinale.
